Through the production of traumatic brain edema model, to observe theeffect of Sodium Ferulate, to explore it’s interference effect of Free radical andEndothelin, for clinical treatment of traumatic brain edema to provide thebasis.Methods108male SD rats were randomly into3groups:sham operation group,.model group and treatment group.1.The group①has36rats and it only forthe scalp incision group, the open window skull not brain damage,Postperative press were sacrificed at time points, the wet and dry weightmethod, the radiation immune method, sulfur and benzodiazepines acidmethod for measuring the MDA content and brain water content, plasma ETconcentration.2. The model group in the control group and the treatment group(36only, press Feeney’s free fall epidural hit methods do brain damage model.Each group according to the1h,6h,24h,72h,120h,168h is divided into sixand groups, and the six rats. To the corresponding time put to death the ratsdry wet weight method, the radiation immune method, sulfur andbenzodiazepines acid method for measuring the MDA content and brain watercontent, plasma ET concentration.3.Take24h put to death in rats organizationto make specimens, the dyeing method HE observed neurons microscopicform and dyeing changes. Results1.The brain changes water content: The cerebral water content of themodel control group and the treatment group are both rise compared with thesham operation group,72h later get to peak,and the brain gradually reducedafter water content,but still above sham operation group(. P <0.05)Comparedmodel group with treatment group we find at Corresponding time points inbrain tissue moisture content is reduced.The difference was extremelysignificant.(P <0.05)2.MDA content and ET brain tissue of the concentration of the change:MDA content and ET brain tissue of the concentration gradually rise after thebrain trauma,and get to the peak at72h and gradually reduced.In eachcorresponding time points, model group and the treatment group the MDAcontent and ET levels higher than sham operation group, a statisticallysignificant difference(.P <0.05).The treatment group and model group contrast,in the corresponding time points, MDA content and ET levels higher thanJiaShouShu group, a statistically significant differenceConlusionBrain trauma after brain tissue oedema obvious,and MDA content and E Tconcentration rise gradually,and three in the time of consistency.To givesodium ferulate treatment, brain edema, and at the same time the MDAcontent and ET concentration decreases.Tips for brain edema may occur withfree radical and ET.Sodium ferulate can clear the free radicals and reduceendothelin release and relieve brain edema.
