| Objective:To observe the effects of zhenwu decoction on heart function,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),C-reactive protein(CRP),N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP)and TCM syndrome scores in patients with chronic heart failure effects,while observing the party's effectiveness in reducing adverse drug reactions.By elucidating the pathogenesis of chronic heart failure,it provides a solid scientific basis for the improvement of chronic heart failure caused by heart and kidney yang deficiency.Methods:A total of 54 clinical cases were selected.From february2016 to february 2017,patients with heart and kidney yang deficiency chronic heart failure were admitted to the department of cardiology,Second traditional chinese medicine hospital of wuhan city.Among the 54 cases,24 cases were female and 30 cases were male.Treatment group:16 cases of male,11 cases of female,average age 67.11±4.42,heart failure course 9.02±2.48,including 16 cases of coronary heart disease,10 cases of high heart disease,1 case of enlarged heart disease.The syndromes were all cardiac and renal deficiency,and the cardiac function of NYHA was classified as 13 cases in grade II and 14 cases in grade III.Control group:14 men,13 women,mean age 66.52±4.62,heart failure course8.91±2.57 years,including coronary heart disease 14 cases,high heart disease 12 cases,heart disease 1 case.The syndromes were cardiac and renal deficiency,and the cardiac function of NYHA was classified as 14 cases in grade II and 13 cases in grade III.In all patients,there was no significant difference between treatment group and control group(P>0.05)in age,sex,course,basic disease and heart function classification.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,the treatment group was treated with conventional western medicine and oral zhenwu decoction,both groups were treated for 1 month.Before and after treatment,patients were observed the syndromes and symptom scores,LVEF,NT-pro BNP,CRP,cardiac function classification,adverse reaction rate,followed up cardiovascular events after 6 months.The number of adverse reactions was counted and the incidence rate was calculated.The count data is tested by X~2,the measurement data is expressed by x±s.P<0.05 indicates statistical difference,P<0.01 indicates statistical difference.SPSS 17.0 is used to calculate.Results:1.Comparison of the treatment group before and after treatment:NYHA heart function was reduced and LVEF index was improved.The score of TCM syndromes decreased obviously.The number of CRP and NT-pro BNP decreased significantly,which was significantly different from the statistics before treatment(P<0.01).2.Comparison of the control group before and after treatment:NYHA cardiac function was reduced and LVEF index was improved.The syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)decreased obviously.The blood CRP and NT-pro BNP decreased,which was statistically different from that before treatment(P<0.05).3.Comparison of the two groups after treatment:NYHA score was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEF was improved,and the treatment group improved more significantly than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,all the TCM syndromes decreased,and the treatment group decreased more obviously than the control group(P<0.01).The values of CRP and NT-pro BNP in the two groups were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhenwu decoction combined with conventional western medicine can significantly improve the heart function,LVEF,TCM syndrome curative effect,and reduce the level of NT-pro BNP,CRP,the curative effect is better than conventional Western medicine,and the adverse reaction is less,the incidence of cardiovascular events is lower.Chinese medicine has incomparable advantages in treating cardiovascular diseases,greatly improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the mortality rate of heart failure,clinical as long as dialectic accuracy,often can be improved,worthy of promotion and application. |
