Clinical Exploration On The Influence Of Supplementing Zhenwu Decoction And Buzhongyiqi Decoction On Left Ventricular Reverse Remodeling Of Dilated Cardiomyopathy(Heart And Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective: Objective To observe the clinical effects of Supplementing Zhenwu Decoction and Buzhongyiqi Decoction on Left Ventricular Reverse Remodeling of Dilated Cardiomyopathy(heart-kidney yang deficiency syndrome)through clinical observation,observe the efficacy of Zhenwu Decoction and Buzhongyiqi Decoction And explore its feasibility and evaluate its safety.Methods: A total of 60 cases with a clear diagnosis of dilated cardiomyopathy and chronic heart failure and TCM syndromes of "heart-kidney-yang deficiency syndrome" were included in the Second Division of Cardiovascular Diseases of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.There were 30 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment and standard western medicine treatment plan,and the observation group was treated with Zhenwu Decoction plus Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The observation period is uniformly set to 6 months.Data of safety and efficacy indicators were collected before and during the observation period.SPSS 25.0 software was used to analyze the data after observation.Results:(1)The observation group and the control group showed improvement in left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,left atrial inner diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction,TCM syndrome score,NT-pro BNP,and New York cardiac function after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(2)In terms of left ventricular end diastolic diameter,left atrial inner diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction,TCM syndrome score,and New York cardiac function,the improvement in the observation group was more significant than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in the efficacy of NT-pro BNP between the two groups after treatment(P> 0.05).(4)No obvious adverse reactions occurred during the observation process,and there were no abnormal changes in safety indicators.Conclusion: Compared with the standard western medicine treatment,Supplementing Zhenwu Decoction and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with standard western medicine treatment can more effectively improve clinical symptoms,improve patients' NYHA cardiac function classification,lower TCM symptom score,and improve Patient's quality of life.Combined use of this prescription can increase the incidence of left ventricular reverse remodeling in patients with dilated heart disease,shrink the enlarged heart and even return to normal size,protect the myocardium,and improve the long-term prognosis of patients with dilated heart disease.The prescription has no adverse reactions and good safety,and those with this indication can be promoted.
