Clinical Study Of Qi-Shao Jiang-ya Compounded Table To The Syndrome Of Yin Deficiency Of The Liver And Kidney (YDLK) Blood Retention And Stagnancy Syndrome(BRSS) Of The Essential Hypertension

Objective:To observe the clinical effects and the mechanism of Qi-Shao jiang-ya compounded table be. used to the patients with Syndrome of Yin Deficiency of the liver and kidney (YDLK) Blood Retention and stagnancy Syndrome (BRSS) of the essential hypertension.Methods:Ninety cases of inpatients with YDLK BRSS of EH from 2006、3 to 2006、12 were selected and divided into two groups randomly:the treatment group and the western medicine control group.The two groups were treated with QSH table and Captopril respectively for four weeks.The curative effect on blood pressure, Chinese medicine syndrome ,von Willebrand Factor, high sensitive C-reactive protein of plasma, trough / peak were observed.Results:The totle effective rate of blood pressure was 88.89% in the treatment group,so was 84.44% in the control group.There was not a significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05)after four weeks’treatment. The totle effective rate of Chinese medicine syndrome was 91.11% in the treatment group,so was 75.56% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups(p<0.01)after four weeks’treatment.The decreases of von Willebrand Factor and high sensitive C-reactive protein were both observed in the treatment group and the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01) four weeks later.The two groups can increase the ambulate blood pressure monitoring trough/peak,The two groups respectively have a significant difference (p<0.01)after four weeks’treatment. There wasn’t any differences between the two groups(p>0.05).Conclusions:QSH table is a effective prescription to the patients with Syndrome of Yin Deficiency of the liver and kidney Blood Retention and stagnancy Syndrome of the essential hypertension;and decreasing vWF hs-CRP of plasma probably is the important mechanism.
