Study on the Capsule of Xueyaping Interfering in Insulin Resistance of HypertensionObjective:To observe the safety of Xueyaping capsule and if it can abate insulin resistance and reduce blood fats when lowering the blood pressure.Methods:In Clinical research,60 hypertensive cases with insulin resistance and syndrome of hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency in rate 1or 2 were selected and separated at random into two group.30 cases as test group with Xueyaping capsule and 30 cases with Enalapril tablet as control group. taking and comparing the data of participants’blood pressure,fasting plasma glucose, fasting insulin, blood fats as well as insulin resistance index before and after the treatment. Observing the change of blood pressure, plasma glucose, insulin, blood fats, HOMA-IR, renal function and liver function as well as blood flow and its side-effect in the following 8 weeks.Results:The clinical symptoms of both group have been significantly improved. (p<0.01) but the overall efficiency of test group(93.33%)is far more better than that(73.33%)of compare group which resulted in the meaningful statistics(P<0.05.) Both group can lower the blood pressure obviously and the test group not only have the quality of slow and stable effect but also successfully meliorate the plasma glucose, insulin, blood fats, HOMA-IR. Side effects were not found during the research.Conclusion:Xueyaping capsule not only significantly improve the clinical symptoms of Hypertension sufferers and facilitate the stable decrease of pressure but also abate the insulin resistance index and blood fats with high safety. Xueyaping capsule is a safe way to cure Hypertension insulin resistance and it can abate insulin resistance in a multi-element, multi-approach, multi-goal way with relative high safety and rare side effect.
