In this thesis, fingerprints quality control methods of Panax notoginseng and XueSaiTong injection were established by HPLC, and its super-information characteristic digitized evaluations were presented. The stabilities among different lots of samples were evaluated by the dual qualitative and dual quantitative similarity method. This study provided new methods for overall quality control of them and offered basis for realizing the quantitative function and comprehensive evaluation of fingerprints. The HPLC-FPS of Panax notoginseng were established with 20 common peaks under 203 nm, taking the peak of Ginsenoside Rb1 as referential peak. The qualitative similarities of crude drugs from different resources were evaluated by "the digitized evaluation system of the Traditional Chinese Medicine fingerprint with the super-information characteristics 3.0" while the unified fingerprint of Panax notoginseng under 203 nm was established. The HPLC-FPS of Panax notoginsenosides and XueSaiTong injection were established with 22 and 14 common peaks under 203 nm especially, taking the peak of Ginsenoside Rb1 as referential peak. The fingerprints were comprehensively evaluated by "The digitized evaluation system of the Traditional Chinese Medicine fingerprint with the super-information characteristics" and the results were analysed and compared with that of the fingerprints obtained under 203 nm.Systematic quantified fingerprint method can be used objectively, authentically and thoroughly disply the content information characteristics. They will be good method to evaluate the chromatographic fingerprints of traditional Chinese medicines.
