Fingerprints quality control methods of Mylabris were established by HPLC and HPCE in this thesis. The fingerprints were characteristically digitized and evaluated by the software of Super-information Characteristics Digitalized Evaluation System of TCM fingerprints 3.0. The differences between the dual qualitative similarity and dual quantitative similarity were investigated, and the chromatographic fingerprints were developed for comparison of the different parts of Mylabris. Meanwhile, fingerprints quality control method of Compound Capsules Cantharidin was also established by HPLC in this thesis. The present study offered new methods for overall quality control of Mylabris and Compound Capsules Cantharidin, and provided basis for realizing the quantitative function and comprehensive evaluation of fingerprints.1. The index of chromatographic fingerprints (F) was used as quantitative evaluation parameter to choose determining conditions. The HPLC-FPs of Mylabris was established with 15 co-possessing peaks under 265 nm, taking the peak of uridnine as referential peak. The fingerprints of Mylabris from different resources were overall evaluated by the software of Super-information Characteristics Digitalized Evaluation System of TCM fingerprints 3.0 while the unified fingerprint of Mylabris under 265 nm was established. This method was precise, reproducible, with good separation to be a new guidance to control the overall quality of Mylabris.2. The CEFP of Mylabris as a novel quality control method was established and evaluated by the software of Super-information Characteristics Digitalized Evaluation System of TCM fingerprints 3.0 while the influences of different background electrolytes and extracting solvents on the electropherogram were investigated. Ten peaks were considered to be the co-possessing fingerprint peaks with taking the peak of uridnine as referential peak. The influence of some lost peaks on the dual qualitative and quantitative similarity was also investigated.3. The HPLC-FPs and HPCE-FPs of different parts of Mylabris were developed for comparison of different parts of Mylabris in the distribution and the total content of the components. This study provided scientific basis for utilization of reasonable processing methods and quality assurance for Mylabris processed.4. The HPLC-FPs of self-made Compound Capsules Cantharidin was established with 33 co-possessing fingerprint peaks under 280 nm and the peak of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural was selected as the referential peak and evaluated by the software of Super-information Characteristics Digitalized Evaluation System of TCM fingerprints 3.0. The similarity between fingerprints of self-made Compound Capsules Cantharidin and that in market was investigated. Meanwhile, the relativity between fingerprints of self-made preparation and each single crude drug in self-made Compound Capsules Cantharidin was also analyzed.
