In Cambodia, Chinese Education Organization plays a decisive role in thedevelopment of Chinese Education. In order to promote the development of Chineseeducation, it seems necessary to make a detailed research on Chinese educationorganization in the history and current situation in Cambodia. With the author’spersonal investigation and research in Peiying School, the analysis summed up theinfluence and the function of Chinese Education Organization for Chinese educationin Cambodia.And the discovery of some problems on Chinese education, mainlyreflected in the external policy and the effects of internal defect of the system.Inspired by the reform efforts and effects of Peiying School, one importantexternal guarantee and six effective approaches are proposed to achieve a moreeffective Chinese education in Cambodia.
