The Social Function Study Of Chinese Education Organization In Malaysia, Philippine And Cambodia

Oversea Chinese Organization(OCO),Oversea Chinese Newspaper and Oversea Chinese Education(OCE),which are indivisible and correlative,are the "Top Three Pillars" in the oversea Chinese society.As the important momentum of the OCE development,Oversea Chinese Education Organization(OCEO) has been playing an important role from the very beginning.Although OCE are different in Malaysia, Philippine and Cambodia,they all get great support from OCEO.This paper has studied the social function of OCEO,the relationship between OCEO and government, the relationship between OCEO and oversea Chinese society from the Non Government Organization prospective.The twofold relationship must be in high consideration in order to well-develop OCE.That is expressing the interest of OCE and sculpting the character of citizen hood.
