The Research On The Management System Reform Of State-Owned Cultural Institutions

With the development of the cultural system reform unceasingly,under the background of the times in the vigorous development andprosperity of culture, accelerating the reform and the innovation ofcultural system and mechanism has become an inevitable requirement ofscientific development.
