Chinese and Uighur belong to different language, so they have significantdifferences in the basic vocabulary and grammatical structure. This is a long time tolearn Uighur Uighur, Han students learning caused a serious interference, affectHanwei translation quality. In this paper, linguistics, first and second languageacquisition mechanisms, and behaviorism comparative analysis of theory, thenormalized Na Hanwei process of translation often occur with instances ofinterference from these four aspects of vocabulary, syntax, language and culturaldifferences, idioms translation, also on how to reduce the frequency of problemssome insights designed to help the Han students can better learn Uighur, and improvetheir Chinese and Uygur translation level.
