| Lv Jiahe village is located in the northwest of Hubei Province, almost everybody inthe village can sing Folksongs, the village is known as "the first village of HanFolksongs".It has a large number of the original ecological Folksongs.Including richcontents and diverse melodies.The local people inherited the local culture, the lifeexperience,and express there emotion by Folksongs.It can be said that Folksongs in LvJiahe is the local people’s encyclopedia and the mirror of their history. The thesis isunder the background of the Performance Theory, on the base of field investigation,studying on the culture ecological environment,the current condition,the inheritanceand protection of Folksongs’ performing inheritance.Intended to point out that everytime was a new performance.Folksongs’ inheritance in Lv Jiahe is accomplished in theprocess of performing. Thus,only protect the environment of the performance to makeFolksongs heritage originally. The thesis is divided into four parts:Part I (Introduction) This part introduced the reasons of the thesis; determined theobjectã€significance and methods of this research; summarized the situation of thecurrent academic research on this object.Part II (The first and second chapters) Summarized Folksongs in LvJiahe,including the historical origin,the categories,the performing conditiongs,thetext,the performing forms and oral features.Intended to point that these performingfeachers is the key factor for Folksongs’ performing inheritance. According to the localnatural and geographical environment, social environment, the thesis analyzed theconnection between Folksongs’ performing inheritance and local environment.Part III (The third chapter) This is the main part of the thesis. Firstly, based on thefield investigation data, described the perfomance in the funeral and wedding.Thenanalyzed the processes of these ceremonies. To reflect the real condition of performinginheritance. Folksongs’ inheritance was accomplished in the process ofperforming,Through the investtigation data,we can see that Folksongs is in a peculiarpredicament, so it is urgent to protect the performing environment.
