The Study On Teaching Strategies Of Degree Adverbs In Teaching Chinese As A Second Language

Teaching Chinese as a foreign language in China has been developing for decades. It hasmade great achievements not only in theory but also in practice. Degree adverb, as one of theimportant members in adverb family in modern Chinese language, has been catching extensiveattention from scholars. Adverb is an important grammar item in modern Chinese. Althoughdegree adverb only accounts for a small part in adverb family, it has a relatively highfrequency of use. And because its semantic, grammatical features are different, along with theimpact of other aspects, many foreign students often use them in errors. This not only directlyaffects the accuracy and consistency of communication, but also hinders other Chineselanguage learning. This paper analyzes the error types of degree adverb in HSK outline ofClass-A words. They are the most commonly used words, including”最、很、多（多么）、非常、更、比较、太”. According to the respective characteristics of each word, we analyze thereasons for errors, and explore the teaching strategy for degree adverb. This paper has beendivided into four chapters as follows:The first chapter is the foreword part. It introduces the origin and the research scope andcorpus sources etc.The second chapter mainly introduces the present situation of research for degree adverb,including error and the teaching research.In the third chapter, the author divided the selected degree adverbs”最、很、多（多么）、非常、更、比较、太” into two categories, depending on whether it has the meaning of compare.Then summarize the usage of each word respectively; analyze the error types and reasons thatcaused them, and then put forward teaching methods correspondingly.In the Four chapter, the author summed up other aspects of teaching strategies accordingto the above analysis.Last in Chapter Four, This part is the Summary of the whole thesis。...
