Education is regards as a cause of bringing and developing the talented person. Itshould help our live batter. The purpose of living is to feel happy. So education shouldbe focus on how to make people live happy. This is a people-oriented idea. It isconsistent with the policy of constructing harmonious society.Firstly, we introduce the background and illustrate the importance of this subjectfrom the aspect of the nature of education, improvement of curriculum and culture ofcampus. The problem of teaching at the lecture has been pointed out. At the same time,we show the theory about happiness systematically and review the history anddevelopment of personal happiness. Base on the analysis of theory and investigationof practice, the route and method are clear.Then, the happiness of junior students has been study deeply with the method ofstatistical analysis. We gain the framework of happiness of junior students at thelecture by investigating at school and communicating with student with purpose, aswell as the methods of analysis and inclusion. Taking the advantage of other famousforms, we compile the preliminary questionnaire which is suitable for this issue. It hasbeen tested and checked carefully to cancel the useless items, before the formalquestionnaire has been formed. We analysis the reliability and validity of the formalquestionnaire and make sure that it is good for our study.Next, choosing an appropriate sample, we investigate the happiness of juniorstudents with the formal questionnaire. The statistical tools have been used to analysisthe data. We conclude that the fact of “self-success and self-improve” have largesteffect on the happiness of junior student at the lecture. Student will learn the knowledge and make progress at the lecture, which make them feel satisfactory. Thiswill bring them with the most happiness at the lecture. Meanwhile,“self-courage andemotional identification”is the weakest factor for the issue. It is the main part thatshould been improved.Finally, the advices have been given to increase the happiness of the juniorstudent at the lecture based on the educational theory. First of all, we should establishthe idea of stduent’s hppiness and take care of the feel of the students. The next step isto learn the teaching method and to star up the interest of the student at the class.Moreover, the teacher should guide the student to set goals and bring up the confidentfrom the expeiments to achieve the “self-success and self-improve”.
