If wecan take advantage of it and integrate realistic Chinese International Disseminationwork with network education, the "Three Ts" problem can be settled by making gooduse of its advantages and bypass its disadvantages, thus smoothing the developmentand promotion of the career of Chinese International Dissemination.Chapter One is the Preface, which introduces the research background, approaches and contents.
