Ancient China is a traditional agricultural country, Enough food is the basic and the first of the the state, however, because agricultural productivity level is relatively low, the ability to withstand natural disasters is weak, so the agriculture closely relating to the food production is seasonal and volatility. This makes food storage be particularly important. Therefore, the grain warehousing question relations national economy and the people’s livelihood, and the ancient feudal society always takes the grain reserves. Food storage is the ruler which must be taken into attention and solved as one of the most important problems, the Qing Dynasty vice versa.In the Qing Dynasty, local people in Guangxi attached importance to the warehouse construction, the countries commonly set up with enterprise, warehous and a storehouses for the purpose of storing up grain against famine. Through the study of Guangxi’s storage policy in the Qing Dynasty, we can broad the research of local history in Guangxi, and this is also a good try to expand the research of Frontier History.The paper discusses the introduction of Qing Dynasty research situation of storage, expounds the purpose and significance of the study. The text is divided into four parts:The first part introduced settles generation of central authorities the warehousing policy.
