This paper focuses on the detailed study of Cultural analysis about two textbooks on Teaching Material of intermediate Chinese Newspaper.The full text is divided into two parts.The first part focuses on the teaching material of two newspapers contained in the cultural knowledge from the aspect of words, sentences, text, and topic. At first is the words analysis. Cultural words in my paper are new words, specific professional term, and acronyms, oral Chinese, idiom ect. The analysis has also connected with practical teaching. Then I give a detailed analysis of sentences in Chinese newspapers. It characteristic with plenty of predicate verbs, Classical Chinese words, additional modifier, complex sentence structure etc, elliptical sentence, compression sentence, long sentence, accordingly, and then I give a further investigation of the cultural characteristics behind these sentences. From the aspect of discourse, this paper analyzes three old structure newspaper modes, namely the pyramid, inversion pyramid, and traditional Chinese writing model. Last but not least, I compare the topics of the two textbooks to find out the hot topic with Chinese cultural analysis.In the second part, I give detailed research on the basis of the first part. It consists of’students’interest on newspapers topic questionnaire’, the comment about two newspapers teaching material and cultural knowledge, teaching advice according to analysis of the cultural knowledge of the teaching materials and teaching Chinese as a foreign language cultural outline. According to the first part, the author makes a survey on students’interest to verify whether it has been contained in. And then comes the cultural knowledge evaluation of newspaper textbooks which from the aspect of words, sentences, text, and topic. In the third and fourth part, this article mainly focuses on the reference value for research. In the third part, I try to find out some deficiency from the newspapers and some teaching materials based on the front series, and some suggestions has been put forward, such as:expanding the scope of subject, many senses to participate in the teaching, the fully use of the network, etc. The fourth part, in view of the culture outline is not yet available; I provide some suggestions for reference. such as:expanding words range, absorb some dialectic vocabulary, highlight the culture characteristics, to do some investigation before compiling to know the psychological characteristics of foreign students, etc.The last part, I mentioned some difficulties in my paper-writing. Such as:lack of scientific measuring tool to statistic vocabulary, my statistic does not include the outline word and repetition rate I can also not compare the outline with the vocabulary of the two newspaper teaching material.
