Based on theories of teaching Chinese as a foreign language and teaching practice, this paper is a study of one-to-one interesting teaching method about Chinese used in primary and middle level. The use of interesting teaching method inspires the students'interests in learning, and has good effect on the primary and middle level class. Therefore, we need to do more rigorous practice to instruct, enrich this teaching method.Starting from how to arouse students'passion, this paper discusses the function of interest teaching method in one-to-one Chinese teaching through different theories in combination way,such as reading the relevant books and papers,comparing different students and case analysis method. In the process of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, by contrast, it is obvious that young learners'attention is easily to be distracted, they even don't know why they are learning these and they don't have strong purpose of study. The adult learners'study time are not fixed and very short, it is not good for them to form a complete system of Chinese language. The adult learners of HSK level 4 have a relatively high learning quality, but they have a stronger intention and larger learning intensity, thus they are more likely to feel boring about what they are learning. Therefore, these three kinds of students have their own characteristics,teachers must design the class according to their condition.Based on what we have mentioned above, this paper puts forward the following suggestions from two aspects:in the aspect of teachers, teachers must enjoy what they are teaching, improve their comprehensive abilities and use interesting way to teach. In the aspect of teaching, there are different teaching methods for these three kinds of students. Helping students to listen, speak and read, so as to make the class more interesting and arouse students'passion in learning. As I'm concerned,this paper is us eful for teachers who teach Chinese as a foreign language.I hope it can be applied w ell.It is delightful if this paper can serve one-to-one interesting teaching method.
