Compare with similarity and dissimilarity between two different language preposition in Arabic and Chinese. Discussing these two different prepositions "zai and cong""fi" and "men"we have got presence of semantic and syntactic similarities and dissimilarity.This thesis is divided into three parts:A) Chinese prepositions "在""in" and the Arabic preposition "(?)""in"Analysis these two features it has both side semantic and syntactic similarities and dissimilarities presence.B) Chinese prepositions "从""from" and the Arabic preposition "(?)""from" Analysis these two features it also has both side semantic and syntactic similarities and dissimilarities presence.C) Usually the Arabic student make mistakes these two preposition(在,从)(in, from) and when they use as a foreign language. Used in the theory of second language acquisition of negative transfer into mother tongue and negative transfer from the target language theory analysis of causes of these mistakes and relevant teaching strategies.
