Chinese TV programs, are an important way of spreading Chinese culture, to teach Chinese as a foreign language. These kinds of TV programs develops its unique advantage in the form of teaching sitcoms, which combines language learning with culture. Besides, this kind of program achieves the final purpose of learning a language, which means language learning should be based on its cultural background. Fully reflecting both communicative and practicability usage, as well as combining intuition and interest, this kind of program can improve the students’ interest in learning Chinese. Thus, sitcoms play a more and more important role in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.This article selects the foreign Chinese TV show "Happy Chinese" as the investigation object. Audiences are deeply in love with "Happy Chinese", for its strong sense of the times, impressive language, unique characters, humorous and interesting plot. The most important reason for its popularity is that it combines education with recreation."Happy Chinese" has a cooperation with Hanban, so we can watch it through a number of overseas television stations in Asia, America, Europe and it will be extended to overseas Confucius institutes also. This paper discusses and analyzes the Chinese culture in the sitcom "Happy Chinese". The oretically, feasible research methods are designed to analyze the principles, which are about the expression of the content and factors of Chinese culture. This paper also makes static analyses and dynamic evaluations.Static analysises is about Chinese cultural material that is integrated in 《Happy Chinese》. This sitcom also analyses the cultural charater and differences in knowledge organizations and teaching aims. It makes a statement about the cultural problems and evaluates the cultural factors which are about cultural contents and conveying cultural principles.The means of Dynamic evaluation is like this:look at some problems from three different levels of Happy Chinese, and we will keep a record of the feelings of the students abroad who are from different countries and different backgrounds, with different levels of Chinese. We will also take notes of their problems, solutions, and suggestions. We will turn the survey into a practical plan, and then give some advice on how to spread Chinese culture through the television programme.This article explores the learning cultural interests of students abroad through the analysises of Happy Chinese. The students abroad should design and organize the activities based on the knowledge that they have learnt. In this way, they can experience the Chinese multiculture.
