Research Into The Current Situation Of Chinese Teaching At The Pelita Raya School In Jambi Province, Indonesia

This thesis researched the current situation of Chinese teaching at the Pelita RayaSchool in the southern province of Pelita Raya in Indonesia. The paper focused on themotivation of students who are learning Chinese and investigated the difficulties ofstudying the language as well as the conditions of qualified teachers and education. All ofthese aspects were analyzed thoroughly through the results of the research. Focusing onthese issues, this paper discussed several relevant solutions. The research of this paperaims to have a definite effect on the development of the Chinese language education at thePelita Raya School, while at the same time providing a useful resource to be utilized forthe development of Chinese language education in Indonesia.
