| New Novel is a brilliant but short genre in the history of world literature, and finally it disappeared with Alain Robbe-Grillet. The critics could definitely claim that Alain Robbe-Grillet is the leader of the new novel. This paper which draws on relevant research results to study "voyeurism" in his novels is constituted from the introduction, text and conclusion:Introduction is about the background, current research and the significance, the methods and the innovation of this paper.The first part chapter is the narrative perspectives and gaps in the Robbe-Grillet’s novels. The narrative perspective in his writing is the Internal Focalization which is a Voyeuristic Perspective. Additionally, there are a lot of "blank" in his novels, which also due to the Voyeurism.The second chapter is about Narrative Logic on Screen, which is a typical characteristic in the novels. And that is also Voyeurism.The third chapter is about the relationship between the spaces and the Voyeurism in the text. The spaces are divided into three types, public, private room and physical space. Apparently, the space stands a center stage in his works, so that the characters have to be retreated into accessory.The fourth chapter is about the elements of Voyeurism in his texts: the ubiquitous Voyeur, violent action and sexual behavior. There is always a Voyeur in Robbe-Grillet’s novels, and the text contains two major themes which are violent actions and sexual behaviors.The conclusion of this article is voyeurism in his passage.
