"Kan Ni X De" Format’s Multi-Perspective Study

The structure of "Kan Ni X De" which is commonly used in contemporary spoken Chinese is astructure of high frequency. This sentence has strong verbal features and possesses rich implication inmeaning. The structure comprises a fixed part "Kan Ni......De" and a variable composition "X". This paperuses the Beijing university corpus, and collects a large corpus from the modern Chinese. Based on thecollation, classification and identification of the data, the present author provides a multiple perspectivefrom the static and dynamic aspects for this format.The paper is composed of three parts: introduction, body and conclusion. The introduction partsummarizes the existing research results of the format, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of theresearch, and finds out the starting point of this article. At the same time, it defines the study scope of theformat, puts forward the research basis and research methods, and explains the data source.The first chapter to the fourth chapter is the main part of this paper. Chapter one to chapter threedescribes this format separately from the semantic, syntactic, pragmatic point of view. On the semanticdescription, I take the whole to part sequence, first generalize the overall format meaning, and then themain components are described in detail, especially for the virtual component "Kan" with a comprehensiveinvestigation, combing the development process from "the action meaning" to "tip" and then to"evaluation”, and at the same time do some analysis on the ambiguity phenomenon. In syntactic analysis,we use quantitative statistical methods, and do a statistical classification investigation of the words in "Ni"position and words in "X" position and make an analysis of syntactic representation of this format, and atthe same time, redefine the controversy exists in "De". It is pointed out that syntactic function of the formatis mainly to do independent component. The investigation of pragmatic analysis includes the pragmatic effect, stylistic features, style, color and other contents of the format.Chapter four does comparative analysis of some expressions similar to "Kan Ni X De" formatfrom the general level of strength, the degree of emotion, tone intensity,"cause" meaning for comparison inorder to show "Kan Ni X De" format features more comprehensively.The conclusion part summarizes the content of this article, and points out the inadequacies of thestudy and the need for further researches.
