Research On The New Rural Culture Constrution In Suizhou

Since the new requirements for the new rural construction of "higher production, well-off living, civilized rural custom, tidy rural buildings, and democratic administration" were brought forward in CCCPC Document No.1in2006, we have been taking action to construct the new rural areas all over China. The new rural culture construction is the important aim and contents of the new rural construction, and also one of the important parts of advanced culture construction of socialism.2011is the starting year of the twelfth Five-Year Plan of national economy construction and social development, and the new rural culture construction has a significant meaning in this starting year. To highly focus on the new rural culture construction to promote the new rural construciton in China is an important academic topic for study.To learn more about the new rural culture construction, the author makes a survey by case study in Suizhou, Hubei by means of bibliography retrieval, sampling survey, observation, interviews in depth, analysis of historical data, linking theory with practice, and seeking truth from facts, and ponders the existing issues.This paper contains four chapters to study the new rural culture construction in Suizhou. In Chpater Ⅰ, the author analyzes the background of the new rural culture construction in China, summarizes the academic study status, and introduces Suizhou City in brief; In Chapter Ⅱ, the author studies the new rural culture construction in Suizhou from the following four aspects:first analyzing the status of the new rural culture construction in Suizhou, and pointing the exisitng issues. Secondly relating the guildline, basic principle and overall aim of the new rural culture construction in Suizhou according to conresponding governmental documents. Thirdly emphasizing the necessity of the new rural culture construction in Suizhou, to arise the focus to local community from the society and the national government. Fourthly introducing some advanced practices in the new rural culture construction in Suizhou. In Chapter Ⅲ, the author brings forward some suggestions to the new rural culture construction in Suizhou. In Chapter Ⅳ, the author comes to a conclusion.The author believes that the above has a guiding significance to the new rural culture construction in Suizhou, and hopes that the above is a model for cities in other provinces to learn from.
