Teaching Foreigners Chinese characters is one of the most important parts of teachingChinese as second language. The problem that Chinese character is very difficult to learnhas been for a long time, but which has not been resolved.This paper summarized current situation of teaching Foreigners Chinese characters,Chinese characters analysis method and the related teaching Chinese characters, to analyzethe Senior Chinese characters in for international Chinese education-the hierarchies ofsyllable Chinese character vocabulary words. With factor analysis method, comparison tocompare the present situation and the passed situation summarize the selected Chinesecharacters in the existing laws, reveals the objective composition of Chinese character rule.Try to apply what we have learned to the teaching. Therefore, we would search for muchmore effective teaching methods.
