China and South Korea has close relations, South Korea is a important part of theChinese culture. South Korean culture derived from ancient Chinese cultures mostly,especially the language. Korean language has70%words come from the Chinese words,and the ancient classics of South Korea are all written by Chinese characters. The status ofChinese in South Korea had several twists and turns. From ancient communication of twocountries to the movement of "to localization" in South Korea after the World War Ⅱ, andthen to President Kim Dae-Jung resumption of teaching Chinese characters. Now more andmore of the Korean linguists think, people have to study the Chinese before researchingSouth Korean ancient culture. With the two countries’ economic political communicationmore frequently, more and more of the South Korean people are paying attention to theChinese learning. Although there are many Chinese language teaching research to SouthKorean students, but relatively concentrated in the researches of South Korean students inthe target language country. South Korean native Chinese language teaching research is notvery rich. And though many large-scale enterprise of Ulsan has close cooperation withChina, but Chinese people are seldom appeared there, and Chinese language also has notdo promote deeply. The author took the chance of internship in the University of Ulsan,treat the university as the main object, had a research of the local Chinese education.Through deep visit and questionnaire combination of methods, through visit, master recorda mass of first-hand data, and according to the faculty, students, teaching material to sortand so on, and find out the problems existed. Finally one of these problems are analyzed,and according to the current situation of international relations and hanban policy puts forward some practical strategies.
