Impairments in language and communication are one of the key diagnostic features ofautism. Children with autism spectrum disorder show delays and deficits in the domain.Language rehabilitation has a significant role to promoting individual comprehensiverehabilitation for autistic children, therefor, the study of language education has a positivemeaning. Through the review of the language behavior of autistic children in order to gettingthe description of their language features and the effective strategies for their languageeducation.Full-text is divided into six chapters:The first chapter reviewed the Language education for autistic children history and currentsituation both abroad and domestic. We introduced the research point of language educationfor autistic children, and discussed present situation and existing problems. Then we proposedthis topic’s purpose and meaning.Chapter Ⅱ,we descriped the language differences between autistic children and normalones.Firstly,we defined language behavior.Secondly,we descriped the different languagebehavior from the aspect of language comprehension and language expression.Lastly,we alsodiscussed the cause for language barriers.Chapter Ⅲinvestigated the present situation on language education of autistic children inChina.Take Yantai area as an example,reviewed the autistic children’s language educationsituation among rehabilitation agencies,special schools,normal schools and individual familiesform language education form,content and advantages and disadvantages.In order to show theview of language education of autistic children on the mainland now and discuss the problemsin language education.An interventional study was carried out in Chapter ⅳ.According to the longitudinalstudy,on the basis of previous reseaches,designed the language training experiment forparticipants.In the part ⅴ,synthetically analysis and summary of the basic and hehavioral interventionstudy were carried out.Including the study of the effect of language education and educationalmethods for children with autism.
