In the process of learning second language, negative sentences acquisition is the maincontent of grammatical acquisition. A negative sentences often need negative words,"不"and "没(有)" are the most frequently used、the most important negative adverbs in Chineseexpressions."不"and "没有"consists of the negative sentences are more complex, the studyof "不" and "没有" is more. the use of "不" and "没有"involve multiple language factors, sotheir discussion not just stay at the syntactic level, but also discuss and analyze the semanticand pragmatic functions. the corpus of study is《Bridge—A Practical Intermediate ChineseCourse》,analyzing the restrictions on the rules and the distribution position of "不" and "没有"combined with the verbs or verbs structures,adjective or adjective structure, comparing "不" and "没有",and analyzing the common character and individual character, focusing onthe "不" and "没有" semantic features, they have different expression characteristics interms of subjective and objective,static and dynamic,inertial and temporary,realization andnon-realization, at the same time making the comparison on the tense and system, from thenegative scope and negative focus, researching "不" and "没有" cognitive difference inpragmatic. In addition, based on the questionnaire to master learners acquisition that theyused “不” and “没有”, according to the result of the questionnaire, on the basis of errors ratefrom high to low order, summarized the types of errors, on this basis, summed up the causesof error, these errors include the mother language transfer、over generalization of the targetlanguage、materials and exercises designed insufficient as well as the learner own factors,according to the errors, the causes of error, this thesis research the teaching method of “不”and “没有”, put forward some teaching suggestions.
