Wang Li said estimates for the approximate number of, and relative for the exact number. Zhu Dexi called "estimates" means the approximate number of words between compound numerals and quantifiers,later a lot of people follow this name. The academic world there are still large differences on the nature of the estimates, the semantic interpretation. This article based on the objective situation of cheng","shang","jin","yue"connected numeral express summarizes, analysing with three levels of its syntax, semantics, pragmatics, in order to provide some reference views on these issues. Combined with the foreign students studying these four approximate number words of the actual situation,we put forward a few suggestions for the teaching Chinese as a foreign language.This article systematically analyses numeral meaming, distribution and using situationg on "cheng","shang","jin","yue" the connected numeral express, including six chapters. The first chaper is introduction.Content includes research situation about "cheng","shang","jin","yue" the connected numeral express for scholars,problems that we need to reserch and reson,at the same time explaining the source of the corpus.the second chaper investigates numeral meaming,distribution of "cheng","shang","jin","yue". From the result of investigates,"cheng","shang","jin","yue" connected numeral express have their own characteristics for numeral meaning,and have defference and relation for distribution,but "cheng" connecting with "shi" doesn’t express numeral. The use of the situation is not the same."cheng","shang" connected numeral express appears less in our daily life."jin","yue" expresses numeral conecting digit words,multiple,fraction and so on. The third chapter is inspection of pragmatic value to "cheng","shang","jin","yue",for the academic pay a attention to numeral of the usage description and semantic analysis, lighting Pragmatic analysis. The fourth chapter is inspecting the using situation about "cheng","shang","jin","yue" for foreign students. We statistic and check the situation on foreign students using "cheng","shang","jin","yue" expressing numeral, using Beijing Language and Culture University HSK Corpus. The fifth chapter is the investigation of the Chinese as a Foreign Language Teaching Strategies for "cheng","shang","jin","yue" as examples. The Final part sums up the full text, and briefly descriptes the value of this study and summarizes this article Inadequacies, proposing the direction of continue to study.
