By the comparison between Boya Chinese and New StrategiesChinese of primary stage in contents of texts, new words, grammaticalpoints and exercises, this paper will discuss how the chinese textbookscan be more suitable for South Korean students,especially on the newwords,we will analyze the two textbooks based on HSK Vocabulary&Chinese Character Grading Syllabus. And make a cooperation whichaims to improve the Chinese teaching materials, this paper includes sixparts as follows:Chapter one is the preface of the paper. It introduces the meaning,the extent of this paper, and also concludes a comprehensive analysiswhich is related to this thesis. It also illstrates the two textbooks and theanalyzing method simply.Chapter two is based on the teaching theories.With respect to thecontents of the textbooks,this paper will describe the status of themeasure,subject,genre and theme of the two sets of textbooks,analyzethe advantages and disadvantages between them.Chapter three has researched two sets of teaching materials bycontrolling the amount of new words and grade distribution, thearrangement of words and the words’explanation.Chapter four mainly analyzes the differences between the two setsof teaching materials by the selection and arrangement ofgrammatical items, which including the same examples of grammaticalinterpretation Chapter five is about the two sets of textbooks in the quantity,contents of exercises,and analyze the differences between the sametype of exercises.Chapter six the summary. We summarize our viewpoints and adoptsome written proposals.
