Classifiers are words which were established late in modern Chinese language. They,which have linguistic typology characteristic,are common words in Sino-Tibetan.From the current situation,the analysis and description of the classifiers in different eras are abundant.Recently,grammar circles are more likely to use grammaticalization,lexicalization,typology,cognitive linguistics and other new language theories to explain the reason how classifier occur and develop,not only the classification of corpus.This essay make the appearance and semantic development as the research objects,combining with the cognitive linguistic theories and methods to depict and explain the classifier zhu,gu and zun fully.After exhaustive search and classify, preliminary description of the grammaticalization chains of the three classifiers has been made,and their own characteristics have been found.On the basis of the individual cases.two problems have been brought:one is the selectivity between classifier and noun.the other is the semantic matching in the grammaticalization course of the classifier.
