With China’s economical and political development, the Chinese language is playing a vital role in international communication. As a result, the Policy of International Chinese Language Promotion aiming at accelerating the process of global Chinese language dissemination and improving the cultural soft power of China, is significantly important.The special geological location along with the history of economical and cultural communication between China and Korea together determined the particular relationship of the two neighbor nations. The first Confucius Institute was founded in Seoul, the capital city of Korea in2004. Every Korean university has settled Chinese curriculum up to now with regard to the gradually expanding population of Korean learners who take Chinese as a second language and Korea has been among the countries with a large group of HSK candidates ever since. Owing to the distance advantage,Shandong University at Weihai, the closet city from Korea, attracts more than90%of Korean students in China. According to our survey, there is common pronunciation bias affecting most of those foreign students.Our research is based on the previous professional achievements and extensive Internet resources. In this essay, we are going to compare and contrast the available data in order to figure out the pronunciation similarities and differences. Then we will conduct field researches practically with the help of the above data, seeking for the reasons concerning pronunciation biases of Koran students. Our goal is to increase the efficiency of Korean Chinese-language learners by presenting advices of better teaching method.This essay includes five chapters:Chapter one introduces the significance, present conditions and research method of this topic.Chapter two discusses the communication history of Chinese and Korean language, including an introduction of Chinese language education in ancient Korea and of the Cuishizhen’s contribution to Chinese language instruction. Meanwhile, there is a general description of Chinese-Korean language relationship.Chapter three presents a phonetic comparison between Chinese and Korean language. This chapter also elaborates the initial consonant system, the vowel system as well as the tone system of Chinese and Korean language through graphs and statistics.Chapter four contains error analysis of Chinese language bias pronunciation of Korean students during their learning process. With sufficient and cogent statistics and graphs, there comes a detailed elaboration relating to the bias of Korean students on initial consonant, the vowel and tone system.Chapter five is about the drawbacks of this research.
