Comparative Analysis Of Chinese And Korean Phonetics And Research On Korean Chinese Phonetics Teaching

Since the establishment of diplomatic ties in 1992, the friendly exchanges between China and Korea are becoming more and more frequent. In recent years, Chinese is given the great importance in Korea and more and more Koreans begin to study Chinese. With the expansion of Chinese in Korea, the teaching of Chinese to Korean receives the new challenges, and the teaching of Chinese pronunciation is a key issue.In this thesis, the consonants and vowels which constitutes the pronunciations of Chinese and Korean were compared firstly, and the similarities and the differences between the two languages were obtained. After that, on the base of the teaching experiences and the questionnaire survey results, the key and difficult points for the Korean students who study Chinese were summarized. The easily occurred bias errors and the corresponding reasons were also obtained. At last, the measures of the teaching for the initial consonant and the vowels of a Chinese syllable was raised.There are five parts in this thesis. In the first part, the research target, significance and the status were presented. The second part is the contrastive analysis of the pronunciation between the Chinese of the Korean, and the similarities and the differences between the two languages were obtained. In the third part, the Chinese pronunciation bias error for the Korean were analyzed, and the error reasons were obtained. In the fourth part, the measures of the teaching for the initial consonant and the vowels of a Chinese syllable was raised. In the last part, the thesis was we summarized and the suggestions for the future teaching were proposed.
