Second, basing on the content construction of values aspect, it will analyze the relation between the content of values aspect and ruling party as follows: demonstrating the historical necessity of establishing the party’s values and showing the innovation, compatibility and inclusivity of party’s value. Last but not least, this article will analyze how political documentary construct content in fascination aspect, like the personalities and morality, which showing the great life from the party’s heroes and shaping the lofty images of the ordinary party members.To sum up, the political documentary is regarded as the ideal place to main position to current construct the identity of the ruling party. It not only takes the demands of the ruling party’s appeal, but also fully excavates and grasps arts and media characteristics of the documentary, which effectively finish its mission and made contributions to constructing identity of the ruling party.
