So far the negative expression studies have started in many areas. Most of scholars at home and abroad put particular emphasis on the form of negative expression whether express negative meaning or not, and the meaning is not to negate but that has negation form.Namely, Most of first research focused on" negative expression including negative elements whether express negative meaning or not". For the understanding of its contents,in the overwhelming majority, the elements of the negation of (negative meanning of the chinese prefix and the "nayi"ets.) is a necessary condition for negative expression. According to the author survey, although occasionally the negative expression of non-negative elements has also be discussed, that only mentioned express negative on a form of positive expression of syntactics and semantics, and express negative with antiphrasis and adverb. But this actual language phenomenon is not only these. In addition, I have not found research about the negative expression of non-negative elements form Japanese to Chinese in translation studies. This paper,on the basis of precede research, according to there is negative elements or not, classified it as containing the negative elements’s negative expression and non-negative elements’s negative expression. Then put forward the three-levels of negative expression of syntactics, semantics, pragmatics. Then defined the expression of syntactics as negative expression of negative elements, semantics, pragmatics as negative expression of non-negative elements. Then followed the research of American scholars Eugene Nida’s dynamic equivalence theory he had achievements, based on the exploration explored its Chinese translation. Obtained the conclusions that translation should correctly convey the original meaning, not strict adherence to form on the corresponding translation, and let the readers to get the same feeling with the original readers. Chapter one described the negative overview up till now,and found that the point of view about negative expression is not comprehensive and the deficiency that few of nagative expression did be inductived from the element that whether there is a nagative element or not. On the basis of existing research this paper proposed three-levels of the negative expression, and then defined the Japanese negative expression of non-negative elements, and simplely explained its contents. Pointed out the matter of translation point in the teaching process negative expression of non-negative elements and summarized the main arguments of "dynamic equivalence" theory of Nida’s translation theory, and noted the translation of theory of guiding significance to the practice of translation in this text.Chapter two is the backbone of this paper. This chapter used the Japanese-Chinese and Chinese-Japanese corpus and many famous articles to collect related Japanese examples and Chinese translation, and focused whether there will be negative elements in the Chinese translations or not. Then, studied the translation methods of Japanese non-negative elements of negative expression. Chapter three summarized the the translation method used in the Chapter two, and generalize translations appeard the negative elements and did’nt appear negative elements, and summarized the translation have used the translation skills of anti-translation, clear-translation,and discussed the non-translated phenomenon occurred during the translation. To date, there is few of studies about Japanese translation of negative expression in China and Japan. For this reason, I try to sum up the Japanese non-negative expression in a variety of circumstances, by investigating the translation of instances of literary works to study the Japanese non-negative expression of the basic translation process, the characteristics and problems that should pay attention to.
