He evaluates the Ci theory of Yunjian Ci School, Yangxian Ci School and Zhexi Ci School. The feature of Ci of the Tang and Song are express ones’feeling by admiring the nature, emphasize the use of the sentimental language rather than flowery language, upholds colorful word and elegant taste, etc. These features also influence on the composition of the Qing Ci.
