| University students are in important development, transition periods in life, how to guide students to truly understand the nature of life, the pursuit of the meaning of life and value, for students to social, facing various setbacks and pressures, have a healthy life, is of great practical significance. This study first of all prepare the students sense of the meaning of life questionnaire with a view to further enrich our students sense of the meaning of life measurement tools, again using the self of sense of the meaning of life, cognitive style and coping style questionnaire examined students sense of the meaning of life, the relationship between coping and cognitive styles.The results of this study showed that:(1)Self of university student’s sense of the Meaning of Life include autonomy, intimacy, sense of values, goals, death and accepted, negative experience of frustration a total of6dimensions.Good reliability and validity of the survey questionnaire.(2) In General, the relatively high level of student’s sense of the meaning of life, but death and frustration accepted, target both students scores to be further improved.(3) Whether students sense of the meaning of life in gender, grade, one-child, location did not show a significant difference. But in the family structure, parental rearing pattern, on environmental variables such as economic status and health status demonstrate significant differences.(4) The student’s cognitive style showed clearly thinking of extraversion, thinking of analytical and presentational.(5)Pour in college students’cognitive style, there are significant differences in the parenting variables, students’intuition-analysis of significant differences in cognitive style on the family structure, students’verbal-imagery of cognitive style in sex, seat of the family, there are significant differences in the parenting style.(6) The students cognitive style in different sense of the meaning of life and respond to significant differences in the way.(7) The students cognitive style and the sense of the meaning of life and between the various dimensions are significantly related to regression analysis showed that a significant prediction of cognitive style on the sense of the meaning of life. (8) Sense of the meaning of life and a positive response is significantly positive, showing a significant negative correlation with the negative response. Further regression analysis shows that the sense of the meaning of life on a positive response, a negative response to a significant prediction.(9) The cognitive styles and to cope with significant positive and negative correlation, but do not show significant. |
