Teaching and education are closely linked with knowledge,the attitude andcognition of educators toward knowledge has a direct or indirect impact on teachingand teaching activities. The theory of tacit knowledge gradually formed in1958proposal of the concept of "tacit knowledge". Tacit knowledge is difficult to be putinto specific words for expression, and sometimes even individuals in possession ofsuch knowledge are not aware of it. However the existence of tacit knowledge isindisputable and it plays an important role in our lives as well as education andteaching, we should pay attention to the existence of tacit knowledge and do theutmost to convert it into explicit knowledge, thus, knowledge is innovated and theeducators themselves are made more fulfilled and exalted. Workshops teachingactivities as the passage of modern teaching methods in a design education, preciselybecause of the comprehensiveness of the information transfer of tacit knowledge andrecognition of the education sector.This thesis is divided into three parts in the discussion of the teaching methods ofthe workshop under the tacit knowledge domain: First part: Tacit knowledge in thefield of workshop-teaching. This part discusses about the large amount of tacitknowledge during workshops-teaching activities. Second part: The tacit knowledgetransfer and to generate path In workshop teaching. This part elaborates the transfer oftacit knowledge in the discourse words and deeds, in imitation of the objects shapetacit knowledge transfer and renewable path of the generation of tacit knowledge inthree areas discussed. Third part: To create a field of tacit knowledge transfer. Thecombination of workshop teaching the characteristics of discourse to create a physicalspace, atmosphere, and build psychological experience situations and build the powerto inspire the platform from three areas to discuss.Art education institutions should combine the natural pattern and scientificproperties of art/design education in the teaching and training of qualified students.Workshops teaching, as an open and practical teaching method of art educational institutes, can well adapt to the characteristics of art education, and thus betterdevelop and train the students’ art practice, creativity and ability to gain tacitknowledge and transform it into explicit knowledge. Therefore, we have chosen toinvestigate the specificity of workshops teaching from the perspective of tacitknowledge. Attempts to the concept of tacit knowledge and teaching activities, froma deeper, more fundamental aspects of teaching methods to study a modern workshop,in order to compensate for the disadvantages of teaching workers has long beenoverlooked tacit knowledge, a more comprehensive grasp of the workshop essence ofteaching.
