As the reserved talents of social human resource, undergraduates can alleviate the injury brought by the pressure well with positive countermeasure, and it is also the expression of mental health. Confronted by pressure, the way of coping is influenced by many factors. In this study, the decision and countermeasures of undergraduates in front of pressure are analyzed by studying the pressure source, mental elasticity level and mental health level. In this research,361undergraduates are selected with the method of random sampling as the research samples. Surveys about their mental elasticity, employment pressure source, coping ways and mental health are conducted, and relationship between the mental elasticity, mental health and way of coping is explored. The specific research is shown as follows:1. The grade presents a significant difference in the scoring of mental elasticity, but there are no significant differences in the mental elasticity among other demographic variables.2The grade and nationality present a significant difference in the way of coping, but there are no significant differences in other demographic variables.3The grade presents a significant difference in the anxiety and self-affirmation of general mental health, but there are no significant differences in other demographic variables.4The mental elasticity, way of coping and general mental health relate to each other. Students with high mental elasticity will apply more positive ways of coping and have higher mental health than the students with low mental elasticity.5The mental elasticity level has a good prediction for the positive way of coping in the pressure.6. e mental health between resilience and coping style of the intermediary role, mental health is a good predictor of resilience.
