Gestalt psychology is popular in modern western designfield. On the surface, they are in a state of completely opposing to eachother, however, with a careful analysis, we can find they do have somethingin common. It is exactly this state of unity of opposites that makespostmodern graphics created from visual perception theory be of morestrains. This research project, based on the gestalt visual perception theory, elaborates the characteristics and principles of visual perception.
