Research On Question Of The Development Of Cultural Industry In Changsha

Competitive force of the cultural industry has increasingly become an important part of a country’s core competitiveness. As a microcosm of the development of cultural industries in Hunan Province, the cultural development mechanism and practice in Changsha have a typical significance. This paper centers on research on the problems of development of cultural industries in Changsha City.The research helps to implement the right decisions of the provincial government to "develop cultural economy and build a big cultural province"; to "develop cultural industries and construct a strong cultural province" Therefore, this research has a strong practical significance. On the basis of the theories in the development of cultural industries, the author dose research in the following fields: firstly analyzes its conception and types, functions and features, conditions、environments and development modes. Secondly adopts fuzzy analysis (F-AHP) method for efficient evaluation of cultural production performance, followed by conducting a comprehensive analysis to Changsha as an example. Thirdly, the author uses SWOT to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of cultural industries of Changsha from the macro environments and the meso level, points out the opportunities and challenges facing the development of Changsha Economy and analysis the present situation of development of cultural industries in Changsha. What’s more, the author uses Korea, Japan and the United States as examples, analyzing the experience in foreign cultural industry development and its enlightment to ours.In the last, the author puts forward some strategies and recommendations concerning the planning and layout of the development of cultural industries, the conception of development and the environment, public investment and market process, R&D and value of industrial chain approach to development and development effectiveness, external cultural exchange cooperation and level of cultural industry in the development of cultural industry in Changsha.In full-text, the author follows the principles of purpose, integrity of principle and the principle of optimization, using qualitative and quantitative analysis, comparative analysis, case studies and other methods.
