It is universally acknowledged that The World Could not Live without China, thus more and more people across the world are taking Chinese lessons. To meet this increasing demand of Chinese learning, what was adopted in1990s. the strategy of Teaching Chinese in China, could no longer be sufficient. The dearth of Teaching-Chinese-as-Foreign-Language teacher and how to promote the teaching abroad are the heated topics of the circle.The author studied the Internet Resources of Chinese Teaching, providing possible solutions to the dearth of TCFL teachers and meeting the learners’ requirements of time and space. The author first defined the Internet Resources of Chinese Learning based on the studies of others. The author analyzed the Internet Chinese Teaching modes and teaching methodologies from the aspects of Behaviorism, Cognitive Theories. Constructionism, Autonomous Learning. Cooperative Learning. Composite Learning Theories and the request of Global Promotion of Chinese. The author grouped and analyzed98resources samples in the method of sampling, descriptive and comparative methods. The author summarized seven features of Internet Resources of Teaching Chinese by analyzing from the following six aspects:basic information, content, cyber courses technical support, auxiliary and interactive methods, interface design and technology and personalized support.The paper innovated in studying the Internet Resources of Chinese Teaching in the large frame of Global Promotion of Chinese Teaching, and under this background, the author gave constructive proposals on the requirements and regulations of teaching materials, teaching competence, technical support and construction and tentative suggestions for further development.
