In the modern times,the idea of protecting the animal and prtecting the ecological balance have been widely accepted by people,obviously,thinking in ethics plays is a very important role in judging animal status among socity and how to use anomals.Dieffrent from ordinary animal protection, animal welfare emphasizes on animal’s living right and the harmonization between human being and nature.This subject just aimed at improving the correspondence and union among the benefits of economy, society and ecology.As the same feeling as people,the happiness of animals has its own sense,so we can’t deprive their right on well-being, and we can’t add pain on them without any reason either.What animal welfare demands is that don’t bring extra pain to animals and treat them humanily, improve their living condition, and satisfy their natural needs. Animal welarfe doesn’t ask us not to use naimals, but education us to use them reasonably and humanely, and guarantee the animals having their basie rights.At first,this text explainde the intension of animal welfare,secendly, I described ecological ethics thought about animal in Chinese ancient times and western countries,and then analysised the condition of animal welfare in China,at last,I gave some advise to construct the animal welfare perfect.for the naimals, also for humanbeings.We should, basing on the existing condition of our country, to promote the animal welfare.
