The Shortcomings Of Fuzhou’s Incentive Policies Of Animation Industry And Lmprovement Ideas

Animation industry policy is not only a kind of economic policy, but also a kind of cultural policy, with guidance, management and service functions. To revitalize domestic animation and promote national culture, currently related policies to animation industry established by the Central Government and local government basically tend to be incentive. Fuzhou is the capital city of Fujian Province, which has the advantage of developing animation industry. Animation industry in Fuzhou has a good development momentum at present, but "the two major bottlenecks"——lack of funds and high-level creative talents and management talents still constraint its development and growth. The article mainly discusses the shortcomings of Fuzhou’s current incentive policies of animation industry and its causes, bases on learning from the domestic and foreign supportive policies of animation industry and recommends the Fuzhou Municipal Government improve the incentive policies of animation industry to guide the local animation companies to solve "the two bottlenecks", and eventually to achieve the target of "building Fuzhou into the cultural and creative center of leading the Hercynian and radiating throughout China" led by animation industry.
