The main purpose of the writing of this paper is to investigate and attemptto resolve the single issue of our animation marketing mode. In this paper,based on analysis of existing conditions of the animation industry chain,absorbing the advanced mode of operation of the countries in the worldanimation industry, and summarizes a new marketing ideas. The introductionof the concept of integrated marketing animation marketing, SWOT analysis toanalyze the advantages and disadvantages of animation marketing aspect,based on the actual situation of the market targeted for the creation andproduction of animation products. Change the status of the first anime todevelop derivative products of the traditional marketing concept.The method used in this paper is to explain the analysis, organization toestablish a theoretical basis for the selection of literature and the actual data to,combined with the author ’s own practical experience and case studies to bediscussed in summary. On the arguments put forward to be demonstrated.Ultimately concluded: Integrated marketing applied to the animation marketingis more conducive to industrial development and improvement.I hope the writing of this article can have implications for future healthdevelopment in the animation industry.
