This paper analyzes "ba, bei, zai, cong, wang, dui, xiang, chao, na, yong, gen, he" the12words’development in the children’s language and in the history of Chinese language. Firstly we compare the two development situations, and then put them in comprehensive comparison together, and do the quantitative analysis, thus draws some conclusions are as follows:1. In the12words, there is the only one word "chao" has the completely consistent development order, accounted for8.3%; The two words "wang" and "he" have the completely different development order, accounted for16.7%. There are nine words have the partial consistent development order, accounted for75%.2. If simply investigate the12words’characteristic change (meanings also change), there’re more "inconsistency" than "consistency" in the children’s language development.3. If simply investigate the meanings change(words’ character remind) of the12words, so there’re more "consistency" than "inconsistency" in children’s language development.4. If study the12words’ development order comprehensively, the "consistency" and "inconsistency" are approximately the same.In children’s language development or the development of human natural language is subject to human cognitive development of the basic rules restrict, this determines the order of consistency with them in their development tendency; At the same time, children’s language and human natural language are in different conditions of development, especially the adult input frequency influences the development of children’s language, it determines the order does not agree with their development tendency.
