In order to study overall quality of the high class spike in Xinxiang teen culturalintelligence, the cultural adaptation and frustration, this study choose thequestionnaire survey to collect data, and by the statistical method, this paper discussedthe basic situation of the three variables and their relationship, and the main contentsand the results are as follows:Culture refers to the people in the new cultural environment, collect and processinformation, make a judgment, make effective behavior to adapt to the new culture.Cultural intelligence in a strange situation concerning individual expressivity has thesituation sex, resolvability and multidimensionality. Cultural intelligence is a newindex in cross-cultural adaption. Cultural intelligence can be as a dimension ofintelligence, a kind of adaption to the intelligence, the education and training throughthe day after tomorrow can be improved. Cultural intelligence is an individualdifference of classification variables and general intelligence, it is a prediction indexof cross-cultural adaptability, and it is not in a specific cultural context of the actualinteraction produced results. And the cultural adaptation is refers to the individual incross-cultural situation because of various variables in the interaction effects from aseries of cognition, emotion and behavioral changes, the cultural adaptation in thissense to say that is a consequence variables. In the cultural adaptation process, toadapt to the situation were different, adapt to the hard to avoid can meet in suchproblems. Therefore, the study of frustration as a result variable selection, culturalintelligence and the relationship between the cultural adaptations.
