In this study, more than385employees which were from3kinds of companies inGuangdong Province have been surveyed. The purposes of this dissertation were tostudy the relationships between team healthy include its different dimensions andteam performance, as well as to explore the role of employees’ efficacy in the processof team health effects of team performance. Exploratory factor analysis, confirmatoryfactor analysis, correlation analysis, path analysis and the mediating effect analysiswere also applied for data analysis. The results are as follows:First, team health and team performance has different results in differentdemographic variables: Different gender groups have no significantly difference inteam health and team performance; different monthly income, different to enter theteam of years, the role of the different teams, different cultural levels as well asdifferent industry companies there were significant differences in team health andteam performance evaluation.Second, by correlation analysis and regression analysis, we found that teamhealth positively predict team performance; team health positively correlated withself-efficacy and group-efficacy; employees efficacy have positive correlation andprediction to team performance.Third, we found that the staff’s efficacy Include self-efficacy and group efficacyhave a partially mediating effect in the process of team health effects of teamperformance. The mediating effect of group efficacy is stronger than self-efficacy.According to the conclusions, combined with relevant practical experience weput forward some suggestions which should be noted in the organization andmanagement practices, finally, we also describe some Inadequacies of this study andsome problems which further research is needed to solve.
