Leadership is an old topic, it is easy to distinguish but difficult to define accurately(Bass,1900). In the ancient east or west, the research of leadership psychology are widely scattered in politics, philosophy and so on, but it is lack of specialized systems (Zhao Guoxiang,2008). Until today, the opinion of leadership emerges in endlessly and it formed "leadership theory jungle"(Zhao Guoxiang,2011). With the development of positive psychology and positive organizational behavior research, the understanding of leadership was expanded futher. Leadership as a kind of individual personality advantage (Seligman&Peterson,2004), is not the proprietary of the formal organizations’ leaders, which is the nature of everyone and it can be cultured (Bennis,1989; Wren,1995). Since the1970s, the team work as a popular way of working, has become an important trend (Cohen&Baile,1997). Therefore, team performance is an importan idex of meansuring leadership, and it is a hot spot in applied psychology reseach. Both at home and abroad, studies indicate that, leadership and team performance is affected by the general self-efficacy, and political skills and other variables. The community association and others organizations are numerous. The rich and colorful campus life provides a broad platform for the student leadership development and the stage of university is the critical period of leadership development (Fang yufei,2008). However, literature analysis shows that problems, both at home and abroad, the researches of on ordinary university students still lack, the structure of undergraduates’leadership is still not clear, the lack of good reliability and validity local measurement tools, the mechanism of undergraduates’ leadership effects team performance is not revealed. Therefore, the research object is the ordinary undergraduates. According to the strict require of psychometric method, through the open questionnaire survey, pre-survey and formal investigation to collect data. Data were analyzed using SPSS21.0and Lisrel8.70softwares, including independent samples t test, Pearson correlation analysis, variance analysis, regression analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis. The research results show that: (1) The structure of undergraduates’ leadership includes the ablity of solving prolem, the ability of organization and coordination, and the ability of interpersonal skills. The undergraduates’ leadership scale with16items, has good reliability and validity, conforms to the study of undergraduates’ leadership in our country culture. The comparison of undergraduates’ leadership in the population statistics shows that, different gender, different grades, different majors have no significant differences. However, the undergraduates with leadership experience, have higher leadership score of each dimension and the total score were significantly than that undergraduates of no leadership experience.(2) There are significant positive correlation among undergraduates’ leadership, general self-efficacy, political skills, and team performance. In addition, undergraduates’ leadership, general self-efficacy and political skills, positive predictive effect on team performance significantly.(3) General self-efficacy was a whole mediator variable between undergraduates’ leadership. And political skills were adjusting variables between undergraduates’ leadership. Meanwhile, general self-efficacy, as a moderated mediator, had an effect on team performance.
