The internet era has made "sharing" a way to change lives.As a new kind of leadership mode,shared leadership has also a profound impact on the development of organizations.In recent years,shared leadership has aroused widespread attention of scholars both at home and abroad.Based on the review of literatures,this study explores the impact of shared leadership on team creativity and the mechanism of team creative efficacy.In this study,the impact of different levels of shared leadership on team creativity was investigated by means of a combination of scenario experiments and questionnaires.A total of 230 questionnaires were distributed in the two universities through questionnaires,208 valid questionnaires were recovered and screened out 112 college students to participate in the scenario experiment.By adopting the methods of independent sample t-test,correlation analysis,and regression analysis,the author analyze the influence of different levels of shared leadership on team creativity.Then,the author adopted the methods of Bootstrap and multi-group analysis to explore the mediating mechanism of team creative efficacy between shared leadership and team creativity,as well as testing whether the mediating effects of team creative efficacy in different levels of leadership sharing scenarios was equivalent.The results showed that:(1)Shared leadership could positive predict team creativity,different levels of leadership sharing had different effects on team creativity,that was,under the condition of a high level of leadership sharing,team creativity was superior to that of the low level of leadership sharing.(2)In the study of mechanism on shared leadership and team creativity,the team creative efficacy played completely mediate role between shared leadership and team creativity.And the mediating role of team creative efficacy in different levels of shared leadership scenarios was not equivalent,that was,the mediating role was established in hige-level scenarios and mediation effect was not established in low-level scenarios.
